I've just spent another £20.00 buying a Christmas tree, got the car covered in pine needles, which gave me the needle, dragged it halfway through the house and spent three hours trying to balance it upright. It got me thinking - if anyother time of the year you cut down a live tree, dragged it into the sitting room, put lights on it, dangled bells, candles, and Gawd knows what else on it, danced round it, sang silly songs about it, and then to cap it all stuck a bleedin' fairy on top, they'd take you away in a straight jacket! 'APPY BLEEDIN' CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY!!! :->

Happy Holidays from me too, next year try a fake tree and some essence of pine. Works great, less stress :)

Funny story.... in my younger days...a boyfriend of mine had a huge party in his apartment and a bunch of us were out on the deck. Suddenly we saw someone drag a Christmas tree out to the dumpster as they must have celebrated Xmas early or something. The tree was still fully decorated and all.....soooooo the drunks that we were decided to go retrieve the tree and set it up ;in my boyfriend's apartment! Unfortunately we got stuck in the stairwells with it somewhere between the 3 and 4th floors.........the commotion proved to be too much on other residents and the police were called.....When they got there, they had to deal with about 10 drunk women all arguing about how to get this tree upstairs.....OHhhhhhhhhhhhhh what a night!!!!!!!!!!
