Here is a guy on the same diet without the sodas...........

He has done it longer and is losing weight and adding muscle tissue by exercising a little each day, also he started this before "Super Size Me" came out.

I think the film is a sham and out to make money while trying to hurt a large corporation.....

Here is his site:

http://www.liquidcalories.com/

We tracked Woody on his 30-day McDonald's only diet from

March 26th - April 24th, 2004. His rules were simple:

(1) Eat ONLY at McDonald's and nowhere else, even at home

(2) Eat french fries with every meal

(3) Supersize when offered

(4) Avoid healthy items like salads, yogurt parfaits, and grilled items

(5) Consume at least one dessert everyday

(6) Drink NO water at anytime, only diet soda's

(7) Breakfast was optional, Lunch and Dinner were mandatory

So, how did he do? How did his body react? Did his health decline?

Any moron that eats big macs and sluggs down soda after soda 3 times a day then goes and sets on his butt deserves to get liver disease. (do you know anyone who does this?)

And yes I did watch it.

Did you read my suggested site? (I found others who are on the same diet to prove you must exercise and cut the sodas out too)

Here is something he (suggested site owner) wrote on another forum:

"I have felt all along that the reason Morgan's health deteriorated so dramatically was from all the liquid calories he consumed during his diet. Anyone consuming that many liquid calories at any restaurant, including Subway, would have the same effect. So, my mission was to eat the same type of diet, but without the liquid calories. The results even shocked me!"

Woody also went on to say: "I just wrapped up meal #123 in a row...Hot N Spicy with Fries..yum yum. Hopefully, the word will spread."

How can this guy eat the same things (less the sodas), lose weight and still gain muscle fiber?

The movie is a sham...hit piece on big corporations. Maybe the soda is the culprit?

IMO...His movie is not scietific and should not be taken as so....

Michael Moore missed a BIG chance here to make a few MOORE "SUPER SIZED" bucks
