I take a walk every day, during Period 6. Winter is usually the hardest tie of the year, because it can be so cold. (although we have unusually warm weather today of 60 degrees) Walking outside and hiking is loads of fun. Look up some hiking clubs and grous in your area, I bet there are many of them.

Good to see you want to do something, did you read my post to you about going camping, when we lived in England, we used to go every weekend, and we could always find somewhere to go where it wasn't raining. One time we left Scotland stopped at home in N Yorkshire, dried all our stuff out and went on to Wales where it was sunny.
