I am going to have surgery tomorrow. I'm not scared - it's day surgery - BUT - it isn't scheduled until 14:30. I get to the hospital at 12:30. I am going to be such a cranky bitch by 10:00. NO COFFEE.......No Diet Pepsi......NO FOOD for an entire 16 hours. The OR staff knows me (professional patient - hahaha) and will IV me for hydration. They better drug me when I get there.......:wah:

I've planned several errands for the morning. I only hope I don't bite someone's head off because I'm hungry and thirsty. I can't have any FOOD or WATER after midnight.

I'm taking my own 2 cans of diet Pepsi and a plastic cup for the recovery room (yep I've learned) - all they have to do is give me ice and morphine......Lots of morphine.... BWAHAHAHAHA.

I cooked and cleaned the past 2 days so BTS can caretake me for a couple of days. GEEEZ I swore I wasn't going to say anything at FG but I got this really bad gut feeling at my pre-op at the hospital. I know it's stupid. I just really think I didn't expect to have this surgery - I was sure all my surgeries were over last April. It just made me wonder if will end - I got mushy instead of strong.

I am woman - I am strong - I beat everything!!!!!!!!!

whoa I didn't see this yesterday, good luck hunny. If it is any consolation misery loves company, my oldest daughter has her 2 scope tests today, from the throat down, and the other from the bottom side up, she has been fasting for the past almost 24 hours and is miserable too.
