Yes, you earn points if you win, and loose points if you loose.

You can buy weapons and stuff, but whatever my character is, can't buy anything yet! They need a better mall in there!

First we need a dungeon master. The person who controls gameplay. It's kinda cool.

When I saw rpg I thought of rocket propelled grenades. :-5

I was going to set up my character yesterday, but have no clue what I want.

Just set mine up! getting my butt kicked as usual. We need a barbarian class!

despite having a playstation i don't think i've played an rpg before.

Gosh, Alfred, do you know about this RPG stuff? Like how on earth do you battle a gnome, when you don't know what you're doing?

OK...Here's the latest from the RPG scene. I've been staggering around and I think I'm starting to get the hang of it. It's really a blast, Snooze, you should try it before you bash it!

Here's a couple of critical tips for everybody:

1. When you create your character, don't forget to give it a "job" otherwise when you try to buy a weapon, it will give you a "you can't use that" message.

2. Fight Gollum for a while, he's easy! But buy a weapon first!

3. Watch your money. Everything costs blasted money! Note: Do NOT go to the hospital! Buying two potions for $60 and using them on yourself will heal you for 80 points. That same action would cost you $160 at the hospital!!

4. Fight until you are low on money, you can take a loan from the bank to buy more stuff, but just like in real life, this isn't too good of an idea. A better idea is to just wait until tomorrow when you "pass go" and collect your salary!

5. Before saying "yes" to a battle with another member, check the member's list. If the other person is way above you in experience, guess what? They are just using you for a patsy to get more experience (TOMBSTONE!! Yeah, I'm talking to you! I saw you had 12 battles to my 2 when you challenged me! I'll fight you, but not until I catch up!)

Oh... I almost forgot, if you have a weapon, make sure to "use" it from the pull down menu on EVERY ONE of your turns. And you need to go to "equip" and equip a weapon before it is available to b used in a fight.

Woo-Hoo! This is a blast, I'm addicted! I can't wait to catch up to Tombstone and challenge him!

well Jives unfortunately not quite knowing how challanging members is supposed to work i've now challanged you and now your not online can't get out of it. (silly me)

when would be a convinient time to get this battle over with.

I think I will make a poll-when Tombstone asked for RPG, I thought he meant role playing-you know, writing out storylines.

I think I will take a poll to see if they want a thread for that type of role playing..................
