Hello everyone

a month back i posted on this site advertising an art project that i am doing, at that point i was only just starting out and i had nothing. i got my first picture from this website from a chonsi. i always revisit websites to sorta proove that im not a posting bot!

im posting here again to show people that saw my last post that i now have a site that i store the photos i get on. and im hoping that maybe i might beable to get some more help.

Hey, Crowster...why not give the forum a bit more attention? I mean, us here in FG are very helpful in all kinds of ways, but popping in once a month to ask for stuff doesn't really make us, (well, ME anyway) really inclined to take a lot of interest. This is a really excellent forum, with many diverse minds and opinions and just some super nice people. Hang out for a bit, get to know us, let us get to know you. At the very least you will spend some enjoyable time, I can guarantee that! C'mon....stick around a bit! :-6

Hey there! i will try to stick a round. been too busy with my degree to stick around in any forums really i do like this forum hence me coming back and saying hello again. i will come back more often thats a promise how is this forum so busy thats what i want to know...?

This forum is so busy because it's a huge place with tons of cool, fun features, and lots of great minds. Hopefully, you'll find it as enjoyable as the rest of us do! :yh_bigsmi

Yep. In the top left corner of your screen, you'll see a button in the green stripe that says "My settings" Click on that and you'll see a column of options on the left side of the screen. Under options or profile, you'll find what you need.

Wow i worked it our now can i use my own avatar pictures or do i have to do so many posts for that?

Sorry Crowster, but to use your own av, requires u to become a supporting member, well at least the last time I checked. If u are interested then you can find more details on the FG homepage. Hope u do stick around though, we sure are a lively but friendly bunch here!!

Only supporting members can use custom avatars. It's fairly inexpensive to be a supporting member, but there's lots of cool av's to pick from in the list they have, too.

I paid about $17 US for a full year. Pretty cheap!! Lots of extra goodies come with it, too.

yeah $17 is pretty cheap about £8.50 right? still its unafordable by me...

Yep it's only about £12 or so I think for the year, and even for us Brits is very safe, and is well worth it.

The site owners are American, but we have members from literally ALL over the world. I have learned more about other cultures from being on FG than I did in all my years of school. And in a much more fun way, too!

Well from what I gather yes, I know that our main admin staff are from the US, so that is where this site started from, but FG is worldwide. I mean we have thousands of people on here from all across the world, so you can't class FG as 'being american.'

Hi, Crowster. Hope your project is working out.

When you get time, have a look at the member google map. You'll get some idea of the spread. Not everyone has put themselves on it though (HINT HINT TO THE LACKSADAISICAL ONES), so it's only a rough idea of the spread of the membership.
