Okay. We're going to book a place to eat, so if you plan on meeting minks, or meeting up with us, put your name here, so we can get a good idea how many to book for!:-6

Oh and just to add, we were hoping that we could try and have a traditional English meal, perhaps the good old tea and scones if possible. But if anyone doesn't fancy this, or would rather recommend somewhere for us to eat, then any help or additional information that u can give us would be appreciated!

Very nice, did a little bit of research on it, and it is well recommended. Doesn't mention about space though, but hopefully that wouldn't be a problem.

The Albert looks lovely! Not too sure how many of us will come, might be 2, might be 4, might be just me. I'll probably go straight to Heathrow and meet you guys there.

*thinking* why don't we all wear a flower - as we're from the Garden?

How about a yellow daff, as we'll be a bunch of smilies?? :wah:

(And all as daff as a brush! Ouch! Dreadful pun!)

We could catch the tube from Heathrow to St. James Underground Station, then to the Albert Pub and afterwards walk up towards Buckingham Palace for all who haven't seen it. We could even walk up Constitution Hill afterwards, towards Knightbridge, and go for tea in Harrods!? Minks simply HAS to see Harrods, although you could spend hours wandering around! You should see the amazing wedding cakes they construct in the Food Hall! There is also a memorial to Diana and Dodi in the Basement arena. However, there might be a problem with the security guards if we're carrying suitcases around. Does anyone know if there is a secure locker area at Euston/ King's Cross or Charing Cross where Minks could easily stow her stuff for the day? And where she could retrieve it from easily later?

What does everyone want to do? Are we all spending the day together or will that be stepping on Minks' toes? Do she and Raven have plans for the day? Will people just separate off and go shopping in central London? Any plans or ideas or suggestions?

Oh yes have to remember to take the LONG journey up to Blackpool. Though if that's too far we have a Blackpole where I live.

Then again that is just an industrial trading estate, not something I'm sure Minks wants to see. :D

Oh even when u think u know a place off by heart, there's always something that u have missed that makes u want to go back. I've probably only seen a fraction of London, and trying to see it all, would take you seemingly forever I'm sure!
