I love cooking and see that there is already a thread here on it which makes me very happy.......

Yesterday, Thanksgiving I had a BAD Turkey, I mean something was wrong with it. When I took it out of the oven and started to slice it .......the meat was like thick MUSH! Threw the whole thing out. Thank goodness we had enough other things to eat.

I live in very Southern CA.......a small beach town called La Jolla. Been here for 42 years. We have beautiful weather (it was 65 yesterday) and nice people. La Jolla is part of San Diego which is just 30 minutes from the Mexican border town of Tijuana.

Anyhow, nice to be here, hope to get to know more of you!
