Nightmares!

I don't know if any of you have bad dreams, but I had the scariest, most God-awful dream last night! It was straight out of a Stephen King novel!
The only bit I remember is that I saw my daughter lying on the ground outside, surrounded by people and with a car nearby. I ran to her and put my arm under her shoulders and cradled her head in my arms. Her eyes were closed and her skin was very white and there was a trickle of blood on her face. As I cradled her, her head lolled towards me slightly...and I swear to God I felt her spirit leave her body as she died in my arms!
I stared at her in absolute shock, I couldn't believe my baby was gone!
I opened my mouth to scream in horror...and woke up with a jump!
My mouth was open wide (ready to scream), my heart was pounding madly, I was completely freaked out and panicking like mad! It took quite a few minutes to realise it was a horrendous nightmare and not true! It took several hours for me to calm down. I had to run into her room to check she was breathing and have been checking on her all day. Luckily she's at home this week because it's half term.
It was the worst nightmare I've ever had, and I've had some bad ones!
I don't want to go to bed now in case it comes back! It really freaked me out!
