Head, heart or emotions.............

Do you do what your brain is telling you to do?

Does your heart direct your days accomplishments?

or

Do your emotions control your day?

What is it that propels you through your day???????

Oh now that is a good question.



Me personally I would say a lot of things direct my day, it really just depends on various circumstances. Sometimes when I am in a bad mood, or have a headache, then I tend to keep myself to myself and not really want to do anything. Other times I will do what my brain is telling me to do, despite at times knowing that it's not the right thing.



All I really try and do is do what I feel would be best for everyone, and if that means following my heart, head or emotions, then that is most likely what I will do.

It's usually my kids moods that direct how I'm doing during the day. If they are grumpy and or whiney I tend to end up losing my patience and being grouchy.

I just keep telling myself 3 more years and they'll both me in school. :wah:

My head rules my day.

If my heart did, it would break every day at my husband's illness.

If my emotions did, I would cry all day long.

Only happy thing in my day is my kids, and stop by here every once in awhile..................

The weather directs a good part of how I will spend my day. Warm, sunny days I want to be swimming and walking or playing on the beach, or a round of golf. Rainy, cold and nasty days it's time to head off to the cinema, get back to that novel, spend some time on the computer. Here in NZ, if you don't like the weather, just wait 15 minutes and it's sure to change.

My head rules. I'm always thinking about getting home at the end of the day.

Hehehe ok being well rounded and stable it is 50 50 head and heart. On and off through out the day, and in the end I think they are a pretty close balance. Different days are directed differently.

if i get at all emotional then i have a bad day.

in fact because of that i can always tell which days will be the bad days.

being at school its just my brain controling me until i can declare the day over.

that sometimes takes a while.
