We haven't had power since yesterday morning and I had to throw away everything out of the fridge!

Nasty, no power for over 24 hours, sorry to hear about this. We have a power station place (no idea what the actual term for it is,) just down the road from where I live, and that is always causing havoc for us all. I remember when we had no power for the day, it was horrible, ruined the whole week afterwards.

We went thru 4 hurricanes while we lived in Florida so losing power doesn't really bother us too much! We're experts now at going without! LOL!:D

4 hurricanes!! Crikey, I wouldn't even want to have to go through one, let alone four of them. I feel so sorry for everyone living in Florida, having to cope through the storm season. Really makes all the rain that we have here seem so insignificant.
