This elderly Italian man I know makes his "special" recipe sauce. I have no clue what's all in it but he serves it over hot sausage on Italian rolls and let me tell ya....eating this makes one sweat like your basting a pig over an open pit. HOT, HOT, HOT!!!! And, he grins and asks, "isn't that the best you ever ate?" And I answer, with the sweat rolling off my brow and my lips cherry red, "you bet Frankie!" :wah:
