This is a good forum. There are lots of good people here.

:)

I am sort of wating for sleep tonight. After I left work I went to my great Chiropractor's and got an adjustment. I have not had one in sooo long, I've been so busy.

Then I took a hot bubble bath with epsom salt and baby oil and too, and then took Tylenol pm.

Tomorrow night is my mid-term in my Life Drawing class.

I called a friend to see if I could stay with him temporarily until I get into my new place. But he was out of state. Maybe when he gets back. I really need to get out of ths toxic environment. I have no money left on my credit cards, or I'd stay in a hotel. :driving:

Don't worry everything will turn out just fine, as long as you believe in yourself. Just take note of this one, everything happens for a reason. :)

There, there..

JIVES sings:

Try not to get worried, try not to turn on to

Problems that upset you, oh.

Don't you know

Everything's alright, yes, everything's fine.

And we want you to sleep well tonight.

Let the world turn without you tonight.

If we try, we'll get by, so forget all about us tonight

ForumGarden Girls:

Everything's alright, yes, everything's alright, yes.

Far Rider:

Sleep and I shall soothe you, calm you, and anoint you.

Myrrh for your hot forehead, oh.

Then you'll feel

Everything's alright, yes, everything's fine.

And it's cool, and the ointment's sweet

For the fire in your head and feet.

Close your eyes, close your eyes

And relax, think of nothing tonight.

:D

Epsom salts are bath salts and tylenol is what you call paracetamol.

I felt a lot better yesterday after I slept a full night and had gone to my chiropractor. It felt like such a relief to get an adjustment.

Today I am a bit tired after my mid-term at my drawing class last night. And now I have a self-portrait to do this weekend. I did not sleep all that great last night. The stress here in this environment is so obvious now. Even my chiropractor told me it is a "toxic" environment, and for me to get out.

So I am leaving for 4 days on Friday night to where my mother's house is. She has moved out of State and left her home here in yucaipa where it's peaceful. So I'm packing a lot of stuff and my art supplies and staying there until Monday morning. And I am meeting my Dad for brunch on Sunday. then when I get back here to the city, I am going to try and find a friend's sofa to crash on if I can, so that I do not have to sleep here.

I can literally feel the tension in my stomach. I think that tonight after class I will come home and take another bubble bath and more Tylenol. I cannot wait to move out of here. I am moving on the 22nd.

:o

There's nothing better than fresh air; good food and exercise to recover from the toxic environment. Seeing the chiropractor and having a bubble bath are a good idea too. I hope you feel the benefits. :)

Yes, well now i will have more time to get fresh air and stuff. And I am not moving now as I won't have enough money. But i am going away this weekend to my mother's house in the country to do my sketch and to meet my dad for the day on Sunday.

hopefully from now on my life will go better. And I will be looking for a new job too.
