What is this 'anal-goober' used for? I mean I could guess and it doesn't sound pleasant but my doctor wouldn't go anywhere near 'there' on a checkup.. Is this a special thing?

Clipper it will be over before you know it..!! the indignity of it all is barbaric I must admit.. but the other side of that is a medical problem you don't want ever.. So be a good boy and make that appointment before momma hits with that skillet again.. she is lookin out for your health..!!
