Someone told me to try it and jeeeez is that nasty or what. Does any body know if its more acceptable when "mixed" with other food ?

Maybe I should stick to skimmed milk. Yuk thats like water

Just trying to eat a little healthier but that one is definitely struck off my list

:wah: It's grim isn't it!! It just doesn't work in tea or cofee either, you could make custard with it but I'm sure you'll still be able to taste it!!

I have rice milk on my cereal, it's much nicer.

Now I don't like it much either. Try low fat milk instead of skimmed milk. The Tescos low fat tastes just as good as the full milk. :)

Alpro make a good soya milk. It's still no good in tea or coffee, no replacement for milk. But I find it's good on cereal (albeit, I use honey on my cereal instead of sugar), and it can be drunk by itself. It's a bit sweeter than plain soya milk. They also do flavoured varieties, but I haven't tried those.

Use it for baby formula, when they are lactose intolerant. Otherwise, don't drink the stuff Arnold!

My youngest daughter has recently developed an intollerence to dairy products and has little option to Soya milk.

As you say, the Alpro is the best of a bad bunch - she runs a mile from anything sweetened with apple juice

I drink a lot of it, it's called soy milk. I cannot stand cow milk. IT smells like a cow's butt.

Soy milk is so much better than regular cow milk.

Does any one have experience of rice milk ?

Or Oat milk ?

I always have rice milk on my cereal, I gave up all dairy products a few years ago to try and get my eczema under control it didn't work but now I find I can't stand the taste of cows milk! (Giving up wheat and gluten got the eczema cleared up.)

Rice Dream is the best tasting IMO, the vanilla flavour one is very sweet.
