Sorry if this is somewhere already and I just haven't found it. Is there a way to view the forum without all the ad's on the top of every page?

OK, so this is a little plug for FG. Becoming a supporting member is very inexpensive and just the sole feature of having the space for 2,000 PM's is worth the price. Plus you can do lots of other fancy stuff with your avatars and signature lines and stuff. If you have the means, I recommend it. I got one year for about $17 US.

There is no obligation, of course, but it does make things nicer, and if you plan on sticking around, you may want to consider it, Amie.

Absolutely make sure you'll enjoy it here. As you can see from some of the post counts, there are many of us who just can't get by without our daily dose of FG. Hope you decide you'll hang with us!!
