Did you get my email about the new "wedding" plans? If you're serious about coming, I'd like to meet you somewhere other than the clubhouse, and have you follow us in.



We let the cat out of the bag, folks. Told everyone we'd eloped and we're just having a reception at the Detroit clubhouse. My mother is throwing a fit, thinking that the family won't want to go to that neighborhood and keeps suggesting 2 parties, one for the club and one for the family. I swear, I'm going to grab my sniper rifle and climb the nearest water tower. I've told the woman over and over again that to separate the family from the brothers is a slap in the face to Bullet. She's such a damn snob sometimes, "Oh heavens no, we can't have REAL family mixing in with those unwashed *shudder* biker people." She really pi$$es me off sometimes. I've sent her a very blunt email that since we are trying to SIMPLIFY, two parties sound to me more like a nightmare and for the last f*cking time, if my family doesn't want to be around Matt's family, then screw 'em, I don't want them there anyway.

How did I come from such an uppity woman?????

Turn the tables on your Mom, BR. Tell your mom in no uncertain terms that you expect her to be there. Then be pleasantly surprised when she enjoys herself.
