Smarter Internet Developed for 2007

The new, improved internet sets an intelligence level based on the intelligence of the user. Users of higher intelligence may modify and correct or remove postings of less intelligent users. By doing so, intelligent users will remove 95% of the mindless ranting of idiots on any network.

Intelligence is based on the following scale (decreasing intelligence):

system administrator

all engineers except civil and industrial

graduate students

civil engineers

assistant professors

tenured faculty

industrial engineers

deans and department heads

all other administrative personel

lawyers

abortion or gun control protestors (for or against)

ecologists

politicians

Green Peace or Sierra Club members

...hmmm.... reckon they'll have to start a whole nother operating system for Tom Cruise... call it Scien-tech-nology or somthin'.
