Wow is that for real, I thougth Panda's were hard to breed in captivity. As for hugging them, they're cute, but did you see the "claws" on that cutie in the close up? S/H may not want to be hugged, & let you know it, are they still considered "wild animals" even though born in captivity? :-2

Most certainly I would love to hug them. . . I'd even help bottle feed them. I just don't do diapers.

BR, I got them from a friend but I think they are making their way around
the Internet.
Cars, the breeding program for these cuties has come a long way just
in the last few years. One thing they are doing which helps is taking
away one cub at birth (momma pandas usually have 2) and then rotating
both pups in and out for time with momma. In the wild only one cub
would survive.
They are still "wild" but at least there's hope for the species!

Those are adorable.
I saw a special on tv where they are learning that letting panda's socialize with other panda's actually helps in breeding. I can't remeber what show it was on, but it was real interesting.
