Well, I've done my chores for the evening and I've opened a bottle of wine. This one tastes nice and sweet. An Italian Rose. Rich, leaving a pleasant tang of grapes. There are no peas in this one.

Should we check back with you in a few hours to see if that's still the case?
Nice of you to offer, Bez. Hope it doesn't go there again. Last week was the one and only time. Really upset my evening that did.

Well, we make our own at my bar, (there's a Mexican restaurant attached to it) so no, unless you're in the mood to make some. Just make sure you're paying more for it than you would a gallon of milk. Otherwise you'll end up with garbage.

I buy quality wine from a wine merchant, definitely more expensive than a gallon of milk (without the rum or brandy). I usually succomb in the heat of summer. I have made the odd exception, but carefully. It's very moreish.

Good, then he can direct you to a good sangria. Nice thing about sangria is, it's a red wine that can be drunk cold. Add some fruit to the bottom of the glass, and you've got a great summer time refresher.

Well, it's a bit more than a red wine, and can be a rose if preferred. Brandy, or rum, is usually added too. I prefer sweet exotic (nearly wrote erotic) fruit in mine such as kiwi.
At this rate, I'm going to craving for one.

You DO know your wine! If I drank I would have to try that kiwi in the glass. It sounds heavenly.
