do you shop online? it's only been in the past year i have discovered the convenience of it. i thought if i did i'd be disappointed. i wanted to actually fondle the merchandise before purchase. but now i'm hooked. i wanted a new bedskirt, white eyelet. yesterday i steeled myself for a day of running around store to store looking for one. instead i got online and found the exact one i wanted, and ordered it. it saved my whole day! i may never go to the bloody stores again! YAY! have you had good luck with online shopping?

I do it all the time, i tend to google things i want to get some idea of the price

and inevitably end up buying it.

The only bad experience was buying an Apple ipod from a dodgy firm in the states,

i lost about £25 on that one.

I like to fondle my "stuff" too. Sometimes Ill go to the store and "fondle away" then buy online because without fail its always cheaper. Last purchase was puter memory, I saved almost a hundred buckaroos.

I often buy DVDs and CDs online and other stuff as well. It all started a couple of years ago when some of the main roads where i live were closed because of flooding. I couldn't move out of town in the car at weekends and ended up doing all my Christmas shopping online. It was scary at first posting credit/debit details over the internet, but it is so convenient....love it

Shopping ONLINE is the only way to shop period. It is faster, cheaper, no crowds, no driving there and back, and you have a much better selection online they could ever get in the store. Also lots of time the SHIPPING is free now that pays for the gas alone, and it is brought right to your door by UPS guys in shorts. :-4

The only time I do 'real world' shopping is for food. I do like to know exactly what I'm buying on that one. Apparently, I've heard tell that stuff is delivered that's virtually on their sell-by dates.

Just about everything else I shop for on line from the comfort of my sofa. There's such a great choice and I can get stuff that I'd never find in my town.:-6

Nope. Absolutely not true. All top quality. Sainsburys, Tesco, Asda, Iceland. All have been fine! :D

Still, when I'm buying fresh food, I like to see it and pick it. A personal preference. Sometimes, I like to use my local farmshops. Cans and packaged foods are probably safe enough to buy online.
