The Department of Housing advertised a position vacant for a 'regeneration manager' in Saturday's Newcastle Herald with the following job description: 'The position exists to drive implementation of a joined up comprehensive effort to achieve sustainable systematic improvements within social housing neighbourhoods in high needs location. This will be through the development of the Regeneration Partnership Plan and establishing new, integrated and collaborative structures for the management and implementation of the plan.'

I wonder what this person will actually do?
