I'm with you on this Clancy its 100% period, it can be less but not more..:-3

If something is measurable it can't be more than 100%
When people say they give 110% of effort, I guess they're saying that they feel they have gone over and above whatever the 'norm' is...in these terms It's just a figure of speech... IMO
