Because to be honest, my other thought was to start a diet and complain to him each day about how its going so far..as a means to distract him.. and somehow or other , i can't help thinking that might not be the way to go here...:rolleyes:

The Swede keeps dogs as pets.

The Dane drinks tea.

The green house is on the immediate left of the white house.

The green house owner drinks coffee.

The person who smokes Pall Mall rears birds.

The owner of the yellow house smokes Dunhill.

The man living in the house right in the middle drinks milk.

The Norwegian lives in the first house.

The man who smokes Blend lives next door to the one who keeps cats.

The man who keeps horses lives next door to the man who smokes Dunhill.

The owner who smokes Blue Master drinks beer.

The German smokes Prince.

The Norwegian lives next to the blue house.

The man who smokes Blend has a neighbour who drinks water.

Ok let me include an answer for you Ooops it is supposed to be in a table format you may have to shift things a bit.

This puzzle is usually attributed to Einstein, who may or may not have written it. The German owns the fish and the table below details the full answer:

Nationality: Norweg Dane Brit German Swede

Colour : Yellow Blue Red Green White

Beverage : water tea milk coffee beer

Oohooo I love these kind of puzzles. We did them for extra credit in Algebra. I did alot to make up for my sorry grades.

There's a website full of them, I'll have to find it. You can even print out the table to work the problem.
