Hi everybody! This is a first for me. I've never joined a "group" like this before. Never had the time. Now that I'm retired, I just might have some time on my hands. Or should I say at my fingertips? My hubby is almost 17 years older than I am so when that buyout was offered to me I was able to go for it. I'm looking forward to getting to know you. Are there really over 4,000 here?? Hope I can remember who's who.

How much fun was that?? I love silly and it looks as if I've come to the right place. Does everyone flirt with Arnold?

Chickadee, we are a fun group here and love to get silly together. But we're also good listeners when someone needs to "talk".

I myself refer to Arnold as "Arnie Baby":)

I'm not retired as such but as carer for my elderly and infirm Mum I'm at home each day, although I can't spend as much time as I would like on the computer.

Hope to see you around lots of threads.

Welcome Chickadee your will like it here for sure..:-6 Just be aware of our NOMAD he love to take newbie's under his wing and play with their minds.. He is harmless so just enjoy his wicked sense of humor..

This is so great! So friendly. Thank you all so much. I didn't go to the link yet, have just been scrolling through the messages. I have dial-up internet, so it does take awhile. Sometimes worse than others. Look forward to doing that in the middle of the night. Now to figure out how to put all those little pictures and symbols and fun stuff to use.

This little chickadee is going to love every one of you! Even Nomad.

Good day, Chickadee. Lucky you. I have about 10 more years before I can retire. I am already counting the days.

This is a neat place, but as someone, I think Snooze, said, there are much fewer regular posters than actual registered members.

I have just been here a few weeks, but as you can see from my post count, I have settled right in and become pretty regular.

Arnold is pretty cool. But, then there is Nomad.... Our resident, uhh..something..not sure what, but something. :p

4000 ? :wah: No they just throw numbers up there at random. Also if you see an evil clown pop up then disappear, its just admin toying with you. Then they deny it. They think its funny to make us think were crazy. Whoops there goes one now :rolleyes: Its so childish.

I have been reading threads the past couple of days, and I can tell that there is a very close group of friends here. Very supportive and caring. It's easy to tell that you do listen and you do care. It's wonderful to see and experience. I feel like I'm intruding when I read some of this. It is awesome.
