Pam!!!!!!!!!!! Lovely to see you too, I hope you are well! Oh yes we had a fantastic time, and I was lucky enough to have took camcorder footage of the event, so I can always treasure the time spent with such good friends.



We did look out for you whilst we were wondering around in the rain, but alas no luck. You couldn't of missed us though, like a flock of lost sheep in the pouring rain hahaha.

I only overlapped very briefly with you all, Chris. Did wave in your general direction from my (free afternoon) rowboat on the Serpentine in Hyde Park. I think you'd have all been on the Eye at that time. Then, the weather being bad as you say, I got the next plane to sunny Italy. Grin.

Well I think we were so busy trying to recover our lost members spread throughout London, that we just lost track of a lot of things, especially the time, and of course it was sod's law that it would decide to rain on the day for the first time in ages. And Italy may of been sunny, and hot and really warm and........ hahaha ok I better stop now before I get really jealous!

It was indeed all those things!! Back to winter here. And I'm tied up and can't get onto the ski slopes!!! GRRRR. I missed the Jules Verne elephant, but did get to see some of the associated street theatre.

On the subject of Italy... it's Italy and France in the World Cup final!! Two of my favourite countries. Can't work out who to support now...

Well when we got to Nelson's Column, where the event was taking place, we hadn't got a clue what was going on. I can remember myself, Theia, BB and Bez, all looking at each other thinking what are all these people doing here. And under the circumstances I for one didn't really appreciate or for that matter really care what was going on, all I wanted was to get out of the rain hahaha.



Oh and as to who will win the World Cup, I do feel that's it going to be close, but it should still be a great game for us all to enjoy.
