Underwater Supertankers.

I'm not so sure this is a good idea.. "Norilsk Nikel" mines and moves nickel, copper, cobalt, precious metals, sulphur, selenium and tellurium... Do you think moving these kind of supplies via SSBN's is wise?
You think a little oil leak from a super tanker is bad.. wait until a typhoon class submarine leaks underneath the ice of the Arctic Ocean !?!?
But.. if they can do it safely.. I suppose it might not be a bad idea.. on the surface though... (pun intended) it does not seem like a very good idea.
