I'm pretty unadventurous, I guess, it's either white wine, cider or non-alcoholic drinks like Appeltiser, Fruit Juices etc.
Have tried spirits but don't really like 'em!:o

It's champagne for me all the way!
I don't need the expensive stuff, as I add a dash of orange juice, pineapple juice and cranberry juice to it.
Delicious!:-6

Diuretic wrote: Beer - I like English ale styles as well as lighter lager and pilsener styles. Wine - red - prefer something with some flavour - cabernet sauvignon and shiraz (hermitage) and in whites the ubiquitous chardonnay (I know, but I stil llike it) and chenin blanc but also rhine riesling style. Spirits - not very often but when I do I prefer Irish whiskey to bourbon (having had an accident with Mr Beam some years ago and been traumatised ever since

).
Not big on mixed drinks and I never drink anything that has a little hat in it :wah:
I agree. Mr Hemingway said drinks should have integrity. Never with parasols, umbrellas or flowers. Ladies should be allowed to put anything they want on or into their drinks. I'll take mine straight up, with integrity

I usuually go non alcoholic...plain water, my new favorite juice drink, Fuze or the occasional Mountain Dew. Lemonade is big in the summer. Rick always has a pitcher of iced tea going, as well as a bottle of wine for the weekends.

My first choice would have to be whisky, preferably a mature single malt.
I'll drink other spirits apart from dark rum, but I don't enjoy them as much.
Also wines and champagne ...
So you see, I'm really NOT hard to please, :yh_wink , expensive maybe , :wah:

Not really that much of a drinker of hard liquor! And don't really like beer at all, but will drink it if parched and that's all there is. So at parties, or restaurants, I usually order discuised drinks. Like: Pina Colada, Sea Breeze, Harvey Walbanger, or Bloody mary.

(But once really had bad experience with a Bloody Mary :wah: )

Pimms with lots of fruit in summer, frothy yellow snowballs with cocktail cherries in winter.
Lager and lime for anytime and Baileys for a special treat! yum yum yum

I unwind every night with dark Bacardi and diet caffeine-free coke (see how much I love my wife?). I normally don't drink that socially because it's too easy to get too easy :p . Socially, I'm a beer man. Generally anything will do, but I really like tasting exotics and micro-brewery stuff. Bass Pale Ale on tap is best so far.

I usually dring Bacardi and Pepsi or Parrot Bay and pineapple juice. I was shot happy for a while drinking Goldschlager, Ice 101, or Firewater. I got tired of waking up with half the night missing so now if I do a shot, it's a Purple zipper tooter.

The BEST beer in the world!!!
I drink that, preferably the light one if I can get it. My other drink of choice is vodka(any but Stoli) with OJ. Also from time to time a tequila shot or 2.

A tooter is a drink that comes in a test tube-like thing with foil over it. Purple zipper is the flavor. Tastes just like grape kool-aid.
