....is my first sig pic showing up as a blank box with a red "X" in the top left corner? Is anyone else seeing that, or are you seeing the picture?

If you are talking about the one you just posted, I see it fine. Where is the one you are talking about, I can go have a look.

Same here, must be a "how your pc is set up thingy"

On a similar note, if I post pics using "mngt" say I post 5, only 4 dashes show up so people dont realize theres one more. Can we have all the dashes we so richly deserve please ?
