Ok, I was just curious about what other people like to eat after they have been out for a night on the booze, I like a kebab myself, what about you?

I was never into eating after a nite of drinking, but the next day for lunch I definitely want something hot and greasy!:D

Yep, when I get a hangover, a good, greasy fry up tends to go a long way to cure it!!:):wah:

Bar that we frequent here at the lake called the Island House makes some great food. Before I moved a few months ago down the road a bit it was well within walking distance, say 30 yards max. They have these things called chicken lips, which are basically strips of chicken, along with chicken wings covered in a sauce called Toughy Sauce. Best stuff I ever had while drinking. Awoken many times with toughy stains on my pillow the next day. Good stuff.

On the few and far between nights out, I love to eat breakfast afterwards. So Denny's or IHOP is a must stop before going home.

In my drinking days, food was not an issue. Just whatever was available worked.

If I'm hung over the next day, I've gotta have something strong-tasting and salty
Like pickles or anchovies
You guys know about my fetish for anchovies :p

Ditto that, Sheryl!!! During my drinking days, the servers at Denny's knew what time to expect me and just what I'd order!! Loads of hot coffee, and I'm good to go.

I am reminded of when I was in my 20's and a group of us went out every Saturday night. The evening out always ended at Perkin's restaurant. For some odd reason while the others were ordering complete meals..breakfast types, I would always just order toast and bacon.

I agree with the breakfast people. Nothing better than a nice breakfast at 2-3 in the morning at your favorite truck stop.

Toasted sandwiches? Though thankfullly not all nights end up with a toasted cheese and ham sandwich and a book. Though as I get older, the simple pleasures in life get better and better. (i mean the food)!

No, I didn't resize it. It was well under the max size. Don't know if I would know how to re-size it anyway....I'm not real computer savvy in that line.

When I was in Okinawa, the thing to do at the end of a bender was to get yaki soba (stir fried noodles). Once I slurped a mouthful so fast that a noodle went straight down my throat. The resulting cough shot this long noodle right out my nose! So here I am, standing in public with 7 or 8 inches of noodle swinging from my right nostril. It wasn't so bad, except that I used a lot of soy sauce back then. :yh_ooooo
Now I hit Taco Bell.
