I'm an all rounder ...
Quite happy to eat vegetatrian dishes but wouldn't go without my meat, which I enjoy slightly pink, (red meats I mean). I couldn't possibly eat it overcooked. :yh_cow :yh_pig

Vegan. Raised that way and see no reason to change it

I like my steak darn near raw. Even slice little bits off of it raw before grilling. My kids even like their steak extra extra rare. Yeah I even eat raw venison burger because I killed cleaned and processed it myself.

I slip in and out of being a vegan, after the last time I still don't eat/drink dairy products or eat much meat, so now it just really depends on my mood. :-6

I'm not sure if you would call me a veggie or not,
but the cows I eat surely are. :wah:

I like my meat, when I eat it, to be rather medium well. Slight to almost no pink.
If I have pork or chicken, I prefer it fully cooked.
I like some of the raw fish they put in sushi, but not often. I do go for periods where I eat little or no meat. I am just as happy with a big salad, light on the lettuce and heavy on other veggies, and maybe a egg chopped up into it.

Better be careful, YZ, some of the "critters" in venison you can't see.
Me, I'd always cook it.
I have LOTS of veggies this time of year, my zukes are doin' their
thing... I eat meat but I can sit down to a dinner of nothing but grilled
zuke... a little hazelnut oil, a little garlic salt, a little fresh grated
parmesan on top... And the maters I get that come from a farm over in
the valley are TO DIE FOR.

vegetarian since I was 13....since then I have only tried to eat meat once (lol sorry about the phrase) in order to make dining out with my hubby a little easier instead I spent the whole of the week following that mouthful being sick. Never again!!! My kids arent vegetarian though they have their own minds to make up when they are older

Vegetarians. I have never seen one that looked as if a good dinner wouldn't kill 'em. :-2
And, If vegetarianism is such a good idea, then why are animals made out of meat?:wah:

My ex-sister in law was like that. If they were coming for dinner, and my mom was maing a roast..she would have to cut a couple of pieces off the end of the roast, and then put them under the broiler for Sherry...to make them done enough for her!!
