Just babbling because my mind is wandering. I hate sleeping. I feel if I sleep Ill miss something. Not necessarily here but just in general. I rarely do miss anything though. So I putz around, do this or that around the house, try to think of interesting things to look up on the internet. I have the day off tomorrow so I dont want to waste my time by sleeping. I should read more, Ill try to find a book tomorrow. I havent written in my journal for awhile, I could do that. Theres a movie downstairs I could watch but Ive been drinking coffee all day, Im fidgety. Im getting tired but still my mind wants to be awake. Sometimes I think its because of my years of drinking that I get this way. I wasted so much time. No need to reply, like I said Im just babbling, no point here really.

Somewhere I read a study which proposed that people who get "enough" sleep have better sex lives and healthier bodies.

Im going to take a drive to the grocery store and see if I can find something fun to eat.

Midnight at the supermarket....lots of interesting people to see!

go out and get a life!!! i thought my life was boring lol today i worked and i gave out 6 diff kinds of samples (costco) juice,chicken,tamales,chips and salsa, chips and chilli (yuck) and this energy supliment which to me tastes like the salted jarred olives

Same for me....sleeping and sitting in armchairs watching TV or reading seems a waste of time to me, but I guess that's when we re-charge our 'batteries' and relax / rest our bodies and minds.

If I haven't achieved in the day what I planned, I get very angry with myself.

Got no answers here Nomad....maybe someone else will :-4

Hmm, I think he is a businessman, in a dapper suit all day long. Hidden behind that cool exterior lies the wild man we all know and love. He only comes out of that shell at home, and during food fights in the cafeteria downstairs.

I do not know about anyone else, but I seem to get some of my best sleep in the armchair, in front of the television, with a book in my lap.
