I for one can't wait to see it, I love these "no-brainer" just fun films.
It's been getting lots of net coverage over here and I'm definately going to see it:)

I saw it last night and thought it was great....Entertaining from the get go! The theatre was packed and the crowd laughed and screamed as if on cue and stayed right through the closing credits..! (me included)

It will be but there are are cerain scenes you're going to want to make sure they (AND the people behind you) don't have their drinks in their hands!

PHOENIX (Reuters) - Life imitating art is all very well. Unless, that is, it's a movie about deadly snakes on the rampage.
Movie chain AMC Entertainment Inc. said pranksters at one of its Phoenix theaters released two live diamondback rattlesnakes during a showing of the film "Snakes on a Plane" last Friday. No one was injured.
AMC spokeswoman Melanie Bell said, "One was found in the parking lot during the show, and the other in the movie theatre. They were both removed, and no one was harmed."
The snakes were later released in the desert.
Bell had no further details.
The movie stars Samuel L. Jackson, and spins a yarn about a crate-load of escaped snakes that run amok on an airline flight, attacking passengers and crew.
"There were kids at the show, and it was actually very reckless," Russ Johnson, the president of the Phoenix Herpetological Society told Reuters.
"The snakes' bite carries a powerful venom that could have seriously injured someone," he added.

I saw this movie last weekend with three of my kids, all in their twenties. I laughed my butt off through the whole thing. A couple Margaritas under my belt from the local Chili's Restaurant seemed to potentiate the total hilarity of the whole viewing experience.
We had a prankster in the audience who threw a couple toy rubber snakesout into the theater crowd. This caused some consternation for the people who had them land on them. Every now and then I couldn't help but reach out and give my daughter an occasional simulated snake bite with one hand. She struck me about the head and shoulders soundly.

It was funny all weekend there was these soundbites with samuel l saying.."I am sick of these mf snakes!"..I like samuel l! I hope more people go to see the movie. Another good one he is in is "Jackie Brown" a definte must see...

yep they are showing Jackie Brown on Cinemax but I don't subscribe to that right now...Great flick!!

There's a drive in in Amarillo. But it's only open from May to September. :rolleyes:
