I had this same problem the other day. I had to get someone (Thankyou Pinky ) to pm Tombstone for me and he sorted it out very quickly. I'll pm him for you too.

Maybe in a few days or so, when she is more alert, her mom or someone could bring in a laptop for her to see everyone's greetings.

Gee..just thought of something, remember the issues she had been having with her boss, due to possible dementia? Hope she will still have the job waiting for her when she recovers.

Unfortunately, BR lost her job a while ago... she posted about it here.
