Can someone explain the Compost Pile for me? It's password protected, but I see "guests" browsing there and the password is shown on the board. Does this mean that anyone can read/reply to topics there?

only members can see the password. The guests are members who didn't log in. Email links take a person directly there if that is where the response is from.
