Is there a way of telling if someone has you on ignore??

I'm curious about that one, too....if they're on your "ignore" list, can they send you a pm? Do they get a notice if you've put them on the list? Inquiring minds want to know.

I tried putting someone on my ignore list on another forum and well, it drove ME nuts! You would read a thread and what they said wouldn't be there and things just kind of didn't make sense. LOL!! (That and I AM paranoid!)

Same here! Drove me crazy. The longer the thread got, the less it made sense. I'd rather ignore them at my leisure.

Just skip their post and pay it no mind, and go on your merry way...............

As far as I recall, you get a message saying they're putting you on their friends list :wah:

As a bug in the system goes that's one of the better ones.

Also, if you find one of you own posts and click on friends, it will show you linked to and linked from. Anyone in the linked from list who is not your friend has probably got you on ignore.

Anyway - who on Earth would want to put *you* on ignore?

I don't bother . If I put pple on ignore it just made me more curious as to what they said ..if I can see it I just ignore it ..

Well, abbey was kind enough to "test ignore" me. She sent me a PM and I have sent one back.

As for who would want to ignore me...I am not sure I made any NEW friends after my rant over the weekend. :wah: :rolleyes:

I sent a PM to someone I thought may have been upset by things I said over the weekend....to make ammends,and "explain" further why I said what I did...and have not heard back. Just made me wonder if I was being ignored.

As I said..paranoid.

Umm..nope, did not think of it. Well, I am not going to worry too much about it. Just wanted to clear the air a bit.

OK, just so you know, and I hope she does not mind me saying this..the person I sent the PM to was Val. When she originally left her long post, she mentioned me, and the fact I was "sticking up" for Jives. I wrote a PM, and heard nothing back.

Here is the things, guys. I will not say I will defend anything the man has, or has not done in the past..or in the future. If he or anyone treats me or someone here with disrespect, I will say something, and call them on it. BUT on the other had, if the same person comes in, says nothing "wrong" and just makes a plesant statement....I WILL respond in kind. Does that make sense.

As for Abbey...thanks for the "planned ignore" I did not recieve any notice that she had me on ignore, and when I wrote her back, she did not get the PM, and I did not get it bumped back as undeliverable.

End of paranoia.
