Has anyone here ever heard of Cotton Island? IT's an Egyptian joke my friend in Egypt told me. I'll tell you all what it is, but first let me see if anyone here has heard of it, take a few guesses.

Cotton Island is your bed. When a person says they are going to cotton island in Egypt, it means they are going to bed.
