So probably about once or twice a week for several months now, I've

been hearing a neighbor using a shop vac for something. It wasn't the

neighbor that detailed cars in his garage, he moved. And this was just

a couple doors down on the same side of the street. Hmmmm...

So, the other day, I'm out watering flowers and I hear this shop vac

start up and think AHA! now I'll find out what's what.

(The suspense builds....;) )

My neighbor is out vacuuming her driveway and the GUTTER IN FRONT

OF HER HOUSE...

Did you EVER hear of something so ABSURD?

My only gardening utensils are an old table fork, an equally old kitchen knife and a pair of secateurs...you should see me though when I'm on a roll...it might well take twenty five times as long but it gets the job done and it's very rewarding. Haven;t hoovered yet, though...yet

I had a neighbor like that, very obsessive about cleaning.

When I was young, the elderly couple across the street would go out after every snowfall, get every bit of snow off thier car..I mean EVERY BIT..leaving not one flake on the car. Then they would go back inside. They rarely drove the car. My parents and I could never figure out why they just did not park the car in the garage!!
