Wishing you many happy returns Helefra, 36 years young
My weekend is as follows
Sat - Take my son to football for an early kick off - have my daughter moaning through the entire game - i will then be screaming like a woman possessed at my daughter!
Take the kids home where they will spend the next two hours aruging, i will then tell one of them off, which will result in both children sticking up for each other and moaning at me :-5
I will pick up their friends and take the kids swimming, i will tell them i'll watch them from the side, they will then say they want me to swim with them! I will get in the pool to have all four children totally ignore me for the next 2 hours, i decide to strike up conversation with anyone, i will empty the pool in ten minutes!
I will drop the kids friends back home where my kids will ask in front of their parents if they can come and stay over for the night :-5 i will smile and say of course. We will go home where i'll cook four different meals for the kids, as they don't like the same food!
I will then put them all to bed and i will spend the next hour cleaning the house which had been spotless 6 hours previously.
I will then settle down to watch a great movie, cup of tea in one hand a massive bar of galaxy in the other, 10 minutes into the movie it'll start- "mum we can't sleep can we come downstairs?" i will spend the next hour shouting upstairs for them all to go to sleep
I will then go to bed totally exhausted and say a silent prayer and thank god that i've been so blessed in my life to have such teriffic family and friends.
Sun - you don't even want to go there!!!!!

That's how my weekend were years ago!!
BE STRONG!
Kids grow up very soon: before all your expectation, they become elder..
Therefore, my suggestion is to enjoy all these moments, even if sometimes you need the help of Superman or to sing the new zealander battle hymn...
I always say that the best thing i did in my life are my kids...
ciao

Raven - I'm coming round shortly for the chocolate cake so I hope you saved some for me.
Suzy - Thank you for that post, it was really great to hear what antics your kids get up to. In fact staying over at your friend's house was something I did before I reached my teens - it was like an adventure.
Rappers - I'm glad you like my posts. I try to inspire with words rather than fight with fists. As the saying goes: "The pen is mightier than the sword".:-6
It's iced and ready! :yh_love
