Mayberry

In Alabama there is a town called Elba, which is about halfway between Montgomery and Dothan. There is word that some of the more famous Country Western singers are about to embark on a new music setting.
If most of the people in the states are familiar with Branson, Missouri, then you'll know what I'm talking about. They intend to do the same thing in Elba and are going to call it "Mayberry".
Clint Black has already bought a house there and so has George Jones. Rumor has it that Toby Keith will be investing there and several more have already made plans.
This is a very small town, just like Mayberry, and it would help them out very much. News holds that most of the stars will live in a gated community of their own.
The only problem is that Elba sits near the Pea River which tends to flood. We're not talking one or two feet either, we're talking Katrina flooding!
I don't know for a fact that this is true but the people that live there already know which house Clint Black bought. Like I said, it's a small town and everyone knows everyone else's business!
So, if you want to live next door to George Jones, better start saving your money and invest in some real estate! How exciting would that be?! :guitarist
