Public Relations - SUCK-

Approx. Aug. 22, '06 our pool filter went out - acquired a hole in the filter itself so the pool had to be shut down. We called our pool guy for advise. Our pool guy has been contracted to do chemicals for our pool and has helped with other pool problems in the past.

We wait and wait - no return call, now comes Labor Day no call,so we start shopping around and contacted a company to replace/install a new pool filter.

Tuesday Sept. 12, '06 our chemical pool guy calls - we stated we had the a new filter installed, ok - everythings fine.

Wednesday Oct. 11, '06, we call our chemical pool guy in regards to our monthly chemicals which is usually scheduled for Tuesdays. The guy's son answered, and stated we no longer service your area, and since we didn't install the new filter - why don't you have that company do you chemicals, then the kid rudely hangs up during the conversation. GREAT PUBLIC RELATIONS !!! I'm now pissed, alittle..

We've had this same pool chemical guy since he was a one man operation trying to be a company Approx. 20 years.

This company is saying- we'd be happy to take your $1000.00 for the filter then drop you as a customer.

Now that's a great way to conduct business.!!

P.S. I called the pool guy & left a message - no return call - I've sent a certified letter to him today - requested our gate key - with a few choice words..!!!

So what's the problem here ??
