especially Kindergarten...
I've always respected those who went into the teaching profession. I've always known it not the thing for me. However today I went with my son's class and the other Kindegarten class to the pumpkin patch. Whew 30, 5 to 6 year olds are a handful. But I had fun helping the kids pick out their pumpkins. The only rule was they had to pick one they could carry on their own.

I too respect the teachers of today. They've chosen a field that have taken on more responsibilities that are unreal.
Teaching and the police force are two jobs I've never considered. My hat is off to both.

Good child-care providers are also expected to get training in early child care development, curriculim development, safety, nutrician, spelling:o and they don't even get paid as the professional teachers do. I was a child care provider years ago working with babies up to school-age children. I enjoyed the children, although at times it was a bit hectic. I have more patience now, but less energy.
