I'm sorry you're feeling so rough pants, I too have an allergy/cold thing going on and I went to the docs and got some cough syrup and some antibiotics for my throat.....my sweetie brought some of this soup from a deli yesterday and it was so good and it felt good in my tummy and going down my throat

chicken matzoball soup. I want some today.:yh_sigh

AWWWW... is your nose all red & sore? I just HATE when that happens! Drink some hot rum/tea. It might not do a thing for the allergies, but you'll feel better and your nose is already red!

Feel better PANTS lots of rest and fluids. Might be advisable to see the doctor as it is a nasty virus.
