I can't believe it, my back was playing up really bad yesterday, i went to get in the bath and my back totally went, i'm in agony :-1 I think i've slipped my disc, have taken some petidine but it's not even touching the pain just making me more dopey than usual!! Just hope i won't need more surgery

Called him out this morn, nothing they can do except dose me up! Feeling really sorry for myself. Jim and kids been great though

Suzy, really sorry to hear about your back, (fellow sufferer here but nowhere near as painful as your's sounds). Hope you feel better soon and that you won't need more surgery, good job you've got Jim and the kids.

My back went out last month for 3 weeks. How you ask ? I was brushing my teeth :-5

Best thing for me is heat for a few days then work it so it doesnt seize up on me. Have Jimborooni bring you in for a serious sports rub to work out the trauma.

Just been trying to work out how it went while doing your teeth Problem for me is i don't think it's muscular, almost sure my disc has popped, so it's just a case of waiting for it to improve :-5

Thanks, pain killers easing it a little, i'm already under a orthapedic surgeon as i've had a disc taken out, i'll call his secretary tom to try and get an appointment

HA HA, the internet downstairs has gone offline, he's popped down the pub.

I'll reveal all, Jim had started his MMA training and was using me as his training partner, he decided to do a take down which involved lifting me and throwing me to the floor, wwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeeellllllllllllllll, Jim picked me up at a awkard angle, their was a loud crack and i started screaming, Jim quickly dropped me and started to say OUCH while holding his neck. That little rat pretended that thecracking noise had come from him and he was injured!!!!! I was unable to walk for 6 months, when i finally got my MRI x-ray, the surgeon phoned me the same day and i went in for surgery to remove my disc that was totally ruptured and crushing all my nerves!!

And since then the cheeky monkey has still asked me to hold pads and practice moves on me:-5

Holey Moley! I hope your back isn't that bad now, and will get better soon.

Suzy so sorry for your pain as Normad said a heating pad and medication will usually help enough to get you to the Doctors.

I broke my neck in 1987 I ruptured 3 disc that blow out big time (actually made the medical journals for the biggest blown disc ever) I now have cadavar bone in my neck in three disc. :-5

I know your pain the less you move right now the better. Actually for me when I do something dumb and end of unable to move my head period Antiinflammatory medications works just as well as the pain killers if not better.
