I am all for 12 days of christmas before and 12 days after, and not the spending of money but the true celebrations, seeing friends and family, eating, drinking, making merry you betcha lets go.

It's the money thing that ruins it. Feasts. family, friends is whats it's all about. And I love all the superstitious stuff surrounding candlemas!

Count me in.....a Tudor banquet....we can all throw the bones over our shoulders and drink ourselves daft with mulled wine and mead....
