Me, too.

And liars, as well.

I always try - successfully, generally - to be kind and polite, to smile at people even is they are a bit rude and, sometimes, it works.

They are

This won't be a surprise to anyone. I find political correctness rude mainly because there is always some self righteous induhvidual who will step in and "correct" someone if they've said anything the other thinks is offensive or not PC. Sometimes it's not even *about* sparing a person's feelings, it's more about being PC for the sake of being PC. The original intent is lost. It's "what will others think!?" I have other gripes about it but no need to expound.

People who tell others what to do or what to say or how to be.

I find society's love of skinny coathanger girls and six-pack guys to be offensive because it derides anyone who doesn't fit in. Getting back to PC, fat people and rednecks and Americans are all okay to loathe and insult but everything else is off limits.

The terms "radical" and "extremist" offend me. They are overused, used in the wrong sense and applied wrongly.

I find the treatment of people who support animal rights to be offensive.

That men still make more than women for the same work is offensive.

That women are still considered sex objects when all is said and done, offends me.

People who assume I'm christian offend me.

People who assume because I'm not christian that therefore I need to be saved, or that I lack a value system, offend me.

Gossipers offend me. I hate that. I keep people's confidences.

People who are too open about their sex lives offend me. I don't want to hear about it and I don't talk about mine.

Sexual jokes; I don't know if they actually offend me or if I just don't like them.

Men who don't hold the door for women offend me.

That women without kids are somehow not as "womanly" or worthy as ones with, offends me.

People who live in my country and refuse to speak English offend me.

Public prayers and the pledge of allegiance offend me. If I want to say it I will, but don't demand it of me.

Other than those things, I'm really not that easily offended. The usual offensive things like foul language or stereotypes don't usually bother me.

Well Pants, why'd you have to ask this question? :wah:

....And guys with 17 children ( a guy in todays news paper) who continue to get benefits while he continues to churn out kids and not work . I have no problem with people in genuine need claiming them, just not idol losers with no intention of ever working but expecting everyone to pay for them ....and benefit cheats :(

Bullies, I detest people like that.

People who think they are better than everyone else.

Closeminded people who refuse to even listen to a point another person is making.

That drives me bonkers too. I used to have a customer that could not talk and write a check at the same time. Unfortunately, she never shut up. She didn't care how long your line was getting, she'd continue to talk without writing.
