How often do you get ill . I only really get a bad dose of the flu about once a year . I used to get them all the time ...... What about you lot

I get the summer flu every year. i typically run a low grade temperature all winter from my ra. but i dont get sick in the winter. :-6

My Doctor told me I was a hypercondriac. I said "Oh no..not that as well"

Not me! I once tore my cruciate ligament, went to hospital in my lunch hour and came back to work all strapped up to finish the day!

I have to be at death's door to take a day off work!

I very rarely get sick actually, but I know someone who has everything you can imagine. Everytime she sees the symptoms of something, she has it. Drives me nuts!

I rarely get sick. And I didn't catch the stomach bug from my kids yesterday...Yea!!!!

I never really get sick. Maybe an occasional cold but that's about it

My Nan who is nearly 90 is a real hyperwhatsit, bless her.



My dad and I decided we'd write a book about her called 'I 'ad that - ailments I once suffered'!!



We love her to bits but she does love to embelish her stories a bit, although a few years ago she was very ill and we thought we'd lose her, mainly she has had really good health.

I've missed 2 days of work in 3 1/2 years. Once because I was in the hospital with a spider bite, the second time with a stomach virus.

Dont think i fall into hypercondriac but my brain has gone into overdrive a few times prior to diagnosis. Eg : few years ago found a lump in my breast whilst in shower, got completely paranoid about it, even cried

Doctor informed me lumps are quite common around the time of your period, felt quite silly after that :yh_blush

I had a day off last year, or the one before, due to the 'flu... about 10 years

ago, I got smashed and fell off a bicycle, so had to be X-rayed. Before that?

Can't remember.

I'm probably a hypochondriac...if ever I get a "strange" pain at night that I've never had before, I usually imagine the worst..I thought that was normal :-5

i'm not a hypochondraic...but ever since i had a heart attack on the job every little twinge in my chest scares me.

Thankfully, I am rarely sick. 3 years ago, having just arrived in Georgia, I was so sick... that it frightened me. I thought I was dying. The doctors on the island said that some people cannott tolerate the new flora, fauna, and funges in the air. They have to leave the area. After I got well... I lived in fear that it would hit me again.

georgia is overrun with pine tree pollen. makes alot of people sick when they first come here.....
