What are some of your favorite things about Christmas? If you celebrate something else like Hannukah or Yule, or something else, maybe you would like to share some things about that too.



I'd like to start off by saying that I love the smell of pine trees in my house! I love all the smells- the baking smells, the pines, bayberry candles, fresh cold air, crackling fire.



The tree at night when the lights on it make the tinsel and ornaments sparkle like magic!





Also, beautiful wrapping paper and bows!

Getting excited about knowing how all the kids anticipate Santa Clause, and it reminds you of being a kid again.

I love watching all the old Christmas cartoons with the kids. I remember watching them when I was little.

The music, I love Christmas carols. I have my XM tuned to them in the car. David grumbles when he takes my car somewhere. :wah:

All the lights and decorations people hang in front of their house. We didn't do anything this year.

And what I'm really looking forward to Christmas morning, and seeing my kids eyes light up when they see their gifts under the tree and their stockings full.
