good morning all you forumgardners out there. hope your all happy and in relatively good health today. personally, this is the fourth day since the onset of a stroke, or stroke like symtoms (the four doctors and their medical staff still haven't made a definite diagnosis - stroke or bells-palsey). at least the symptoms seem to finally have leveled off - the sharp and throbbing pain behind the right ear stopped and the right side of my face is paralysed (which makes eating and drinking a new challenge). i look like the two faces of drama - when i smile the left side is the face is the side of comedy, joy, and happiness, while the right side is the side of tragedy, sadness, and despair. being a libra i guess it balances out perfectly. another funny doctor incident (i told you about the m.d. that told me the result of the cat scan {"we found a little tiny kitten in there" - my reply, "you missed something then because there's a lot of thought about a little pus.. in there") i asked the doctor that wrote the med prescription of steroids if they were performance enhancing steroids (obviously not for my humor); because, if they are and everything in my life becomes enhanced (better at fishing, hiking, swimming, enjoying nature {the everyday miracle}, socializing, walking, talking, etc., etc. etc., then one of those "vicious circles" (a catch 22) would go into cycle: if i got better at golf and i lower my score, then i've got to give strokes to everyone i play with - turning a non contageous medical problem into a contageous one (and i may just have given those of you who bothered reading this far a strrrroke (yeah, verbally my words do seem to be slurrred a bit more than yesterday, hopefully that problem has leveled off as far as it's going). i see a bunch of messages came in so better knock this off and read what you have to say. remember if you happen to be going to a post office today, walk around the lobby and see if they have any type of missing person flyers/notices displayed. send me a message about what you found (include the zip code of the post office) and we will record the result. this could be the start to making the world a little better place to live. if we can get the government to manage the help find and prevent missing children programs, that they fund with tax payer money every year, at the level of efficiency the programs are intended to function we will be providing some of the aid needed to the victims of an ongoing catastrophic disaster (the relatives of a missing person have to be considered the victim of a catastrophic disaster - believe me their lives are never the same after a loved one becomes missing). thanks for your support.

p.s. if there are flyers of missing persons displayed in the post office you go into let me know if they have "Postal Bulletin" printed up in the top corner and if it has the month and year the missing child notice was printed (the NCMEC prints a multi photo notice every month (since 1985 - usually about four to six different children's photos on each flyer, as many as twelve to fifteen flyers each month - these are the ones that are instructed {by a fed memorandum} "...to be posted in every post office lobby, workroom floor area, and other postal facility"). if the CHILD ALERT PROGRAM is fixed so it operates at the efficiency level it's intended, the AMBER ALERT will become much more efficient.
