This isn't bizarre enough for 'bizarre' news, but probably under the heading of strange things in the aftermath of tragedy:

Right after the Earthquake/tsunami in S.E.Asia, the water level rose 4" on Kodiak Island, and live fish were left high on the beach at Kotzebue, Alaska. The locals picked them up and took them home for dinnner.

Kotzebue is on the Bering Sea north of the Seward Peninsula in Alaska.

4 INCHES it is. I think the point of the news was the delicacy of the instrumants that record such things. AND consider, if the water level rises 4 inches anywhere it represents quite an amount of water. I know areas of the lower 48 that would welcome a rise of 4" in the water level .

Is the rising in water level is connected with Tsunami? Tsunami itself was caused by the earthquake which also disturbed earth's rotation. What does all this mean? Is mother nature trying to convey something to us?
